1. What is your MOQ?

Wholesale (ready stock): 100 pieces per design. OEM: 500 pieces per design. First trial order can be lower – just ask.

2. Can I get a sample before bulk order?

Yes. Stock samples are ready to ship. Custom samples take 7-10 days with a small sample fee (refundable on bulk order).

3. How long does gold plating last on copper?

Our 3-micron plating lasts 12-18 months with normal daily wear and care (avoid water/perfume). We can increase thickness for extra durability.

4. Do you offer custom packaging?

Yes. We can print your logo on jewelry cards, boxes, or velvet pouches. Send us your design or let us suggest options.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, Western Union. 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment.

6. Do you ship to the USA / Canada / Latin America?

Yes. We ship worldwide by express (DHL, FedEx), air, or sea. We have experience with US and Canadian import requirements.

7. Do you have certificates for lead/nickel?

Yes. All our products comply with EU and US standards (nickel safe, lead safe). Testing reports available on request.

8. Can I visit your factory?

Yes, we welcome buyers to visit our facility. Address: Binwang Commercial Area, Yiwu City, China. Please schedule in advance via WhatsApp or email.

9. Do you provide free design help for OEM?

If you have a rough idea, we can suggest materials, plating colors, and construction methods – no charge. For full custom drawings, we may charge a small fee which is deducted from your first order.

10. What is your typical lead time?

Sample: 7-10 days. Mass production: 25-35 days after sample approval. Shipping time depends on your location (3-7 days by DHL, 15-25 days by air freight).
