Shipping Methods

• Express (DHL/FedEx): 5-7 days to USA/Canada, door-to-door, tracking provided.
• Air freight: 10-15 days, suitable for orders 100-500kg.
• Sea freight: 25-40 days, cost-effective for large orders (500kg+).

We handle all customs documents. You don't need to worry about export procedures.

Payment Methods

• T/T (bank transfer): 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment. Recommended for bulk orders.
• PayPal: Available for sample orders (small amount only).
• Western Union: Acceptable for small orders under $1000.

All prices are EXW Yiwu factory. We can also arrange shipping to your door – ask for a quote with freight included.

Sample Shipping

We send samples via DHL or FedEx. Sample fee applies but refundable on bulk order. Shipping cost for samples is paid by buyer (usually $20-40 depending on destination).
