We inspect each piece before packing. Our QC process includes:

• Visual inspection – scratches, dents, missing stones, or plating flaws.
• Plating thickness test – 3-micron as standard, can be increased on request.
• Weight check – against design specifications.
• Lead/nickel testing – compliant with US & EU safety standards. Test reports available.
• Clasp and chain pull test – random sampling to ensure durability.
